Sustainability at KAEFER Energy
KAEFER Energy’s services and products have a direct impact on efficiency, effectiveness, availability and serve the long life of industrial plants and therefore help our customers to achieve their sustainability goals.
At KAEFER Energy, sustainability means making responsible business decisions that create value while protecting the environment and contributing to the good of society. Consequently, sustainability is at the core of KAEFER Energy’s strategy.
Sustainability is about meeting our own needs without compromising the ability for future generations to meet their needs. In addition to natural resources, we also require social and economic resources. Our goal of corporate sustainability is to provide long-term value for stakeholders as a company without compromising people, the planet, or the economy.
LIFT2026
Sustainability is embedded into KAEFER Energy’s overall strategy called LIFT2026 and is not a separately developed strategy. The world is constantly changing. To ensure that KAEFER Energy adapts to the changes in our environment and surroundings, and to be sure that we are a part of the future in the years to come, we have implemented a strategy or a path to be prepared for the coming opportunities and changes. We have chosen to call this strategy LIFT26, which means to lift ourselves up, with great ambitions for our customers, for our deliveries and not least for our employees. Together we face the future supported by 3 priorities: People, Operation, and Future.

We encourage our employees to develop and use their potential through training, involvement, and participation. We will help each other perform at our highest level!

We improve our deliveries and increase customer value in the areas of HSE, quality, cost and planning using lean methods and digital solutions!

Together we will strengthen our position further and win new markets, by being a driving force for sustainable development and best technologies and the best methods!
The KAEFER Team Grows with Lean
KAEFER Energy uses Lean methodology and trains our employees in understanding and practicing Lean principles. This results in a safe and healthy working environment, standardized processes, increased efficiency, and competitiveness.
With Lean methodology and digital solutions, we will strengthen our deliveries and add increased customer value (HSE, quality, cost, schedule).
KAEFER Energy has received awards for its Lean work, including the "Lean Award of the Year" in 2019 provided by “Flowit AS" (1)
