Welcome to the 1st edition of KAEFER Energy’s ESG & Sustainability Performance overview.

This report highlights the sustainability achievements made in 2022 (1.1.-31.12.2022), including those which have an impact on the environment, our employees, customers, investors, and the communities where we are present. This document is also meant to be used for pre-qualifications, audits, and the like. The report has been structured according to ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, Governance) and incorporates the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Sustainability reporting is often qualitative. For quantitative reporting, relevant ESG-KPIs are used.

KAEFER Energy has published a report reflecting our environmental impacts and achievements on an annual basis. From and including the year 2022, we also include social and governing dimensions in the form of an ESG & Sustainability Performance report.

External assurance was not obtained for the development of this report. However, we strongly believe that the data is sufficient to meet GRI requirements.

Further GRI Standards used are to be found in the chapter GRI Content Index page 9.

Sector Standard GRI 11 Oil and Gas Sector 2021 applies due to us providing services to offshore platforms, such as platform construction.
